Q: What is your returns policy?

A: We have a 7 day from delivery returns policy - all full-priced items are eligible for a refund, sale items are not eligible for a return. For our full returns policy click here or click the link at the bottom of the page 'Returns & Refunds Policy'.

If you choose to return your item with our couriers, there will be a R80 courier collection fee that will be deducted from your final refund/ store credit amount.

 

Q: How do exchanges work?

A: You will request a return online by clicking the link here or clicking the link at the bottom of the page 'Request a Return/s'. Once we have approved your exchange, you will send your items back to our warehouse. When we receive them back, we will send you a link to complete your exchange for your new size/ item which may include settling the Courier collection fee (R80) and new shipment fee (R80).

 

Q: How do I get a student discount?

A: Email your valid student card to tayla@blvdbtq.com with the subject 'student discount'. We will verify your student card, which may take up to 4 business days. Once we have, you will receive our student discount codes via email that you can then enter at check out for a student discount.

 

Q: Am I able to order two different sizes in a set or bikini? (eg. 1 M top & L bottoms)?

A: At the moment we only sell bikinis and sets as sets and they aren't able to be purchased in two different sizes.

 

Q: How long do pre-orders take?

A: Your pre-order will take 1-3 days from the Estimated Shipping Date. The Estimated Shipping Date for your item can be viewed on the item's page under 'Details'.

 

Q: How long is shipping and how much is it?

A: Shipping takes 1-3 business days from the day you placed the order. Shipping throughout South Africa is R80.

  

Q: How do I track my order?

A: As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your waybill tracking number and a link to track your parcel. If you missed this email, you can track your parcel with your waybill tracking number by clicking here.

Sometimes it can take an hour or two for the courier service to scan in your parcel after collection, so if your tracking number doesn't appear to be valid, check back in an hour or two.

Q: Do you ever restock items?

A: We restock items when the label repeats the style and we are able to order more pieces for you. Most commonly however, styles are once off and therefore we aren't able to/ don't restock items.
