Our returns policy lasts 7 days. If you haven't lodged a return with us online or via email within the 7 days, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
If you select to use our couriers to collect your return, a return shipping fee of R60 will be included and deducted from your final refund amount.
> items on ‘sale’ are not eligible for a return or exchange
> items marked as intimates (bodysuits, bras, underwear) are not eligible for a return or exchange
If you are wishing to exchange your item for a different size, we will issue you with a gift card for the value of your item, and you will have to put through the order from your side. Your store credit amount will be the value of the item you purchased minus courier fees.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a notification via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 working days. Please allow atleast 5-7 working days for your funds to reflect in your account.

>The item is undamaged and unused
>The item is returned in the original packaging
>The item is not missing any accessories or parts
>The item is lodged for a refund within the 7 days of purchase
Products that are not eligible for a refund/ return
> Products classified as 'Intimates'
> Products marked on 'Sale'
> Products that have been returned after longer than 7 days
If you return an item to us, but you fail to return all of the accessories that were sold with that product, we are entitled (subject to applicable law) to refuse the return.
If you return a product that does not comply with this policy, you may be liable to reimburse blvd btq for the cost of collecting the product from you and the cost of having the product returned to you.
