Returns & Refunds policy

 *if you do not respond to reply emails re your return within 2 days, your return request will be cancelled, potentially making your request fall outside of the 7 day return period.

Returns

Our returns policy lasts 7 days.  

If you select to use our couriers to collect your return, a return shipping fee of R80 will be included and deducted from your final refund amount. 

Items on ‘sale’ are not eligible for a return or exchange 

Items marked as intimates (bodysuits, bras, underwear & jewellery) are not eligible for a return or exchange 

Exchanges

If you are wishing to exchange your item for a different size, we will issue you with a gift card for the value of your item, and you will have to put through the order from your side. Your store credit amount will be the value of the item you purchased minus courier fees.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a notification via email.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 working days. Please allow at least 5-7 working days for your funds to reflect in your account.

 

* should your parcel be missing an item or your item is faulty, you would need to notify us (tayla@blvdbtq.com) within 48 hours of signing for your package. If you do not notify us of this in this time frame, we may be unable to assist.
